About you

You are hyper-focused on detail and have exceptional interpersonal skills. An ideal Source Inspection Administrator is highly organized, able to move at a fast pace, and is capable of multitasking at a high level.

About the role

The Source Inspection Administrator serves as the last stop of Vermillion Incorporated’s quality inspection measures before a product is ready to be used. You’ll review and inspect final production job orders, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of documentation.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and inspect job orders using in-house software to inspect materials issued for production.
  • Review and approve Vermillion-generated production documentation to customer drawings, parts lists in assigned area
  • Generate job packets for conformity inspection, including but not limited to gathering digital and physical material certificates, calibration records, and engineering packets
  • Direct contact between Vermillion inspectors, customer source inspectors, and government inspectors, including both FAA and DCMA inspectors
  • Print engineering documentation to be used by production in the manufacturing process
  • Verify that all shipping and customer requirements are met

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years manufacturing planning experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks within deadlines
  • This position requires the employee to have clear vision at 20 inches or less (with or without the use of personal corrective eyewear)
