BULK CABLE

We produce custom-made cables and shieldings built to meet a vast number of MIL Spec requirements for applications in the Army, Navy and Air Force. Our products have been proven in a number of EMI, RFI and other test criteria. Typical applications have included flexible cable, secure voice systems and various TEMPEST applications.

BOX ASSEMBLIES

Vermillion's assembly experience includes panels for SIL assemblies, ground test equipments, and junction boxes for mod programs.

MOLDED ASSEMBLIES

Vermillion molds polyurethane materials utilizing our "Molds on Demand" process for quick turns on protoype assemblies. Transfer molding of both EPDM and Viton materials provide for those most stringent requirements.

COIL CORDS

Vermillion has provided shielded coil cords for numerous programs, including E-6, 767, and CONFIRE. Many of our coil cord designs include Vermalloy® shielding for secure voice applications.
